Castle Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to work for a popular leisure business based in Pickering, North Yorkshire.

Reporting directly into the Head of Finance the successful candidate will take responsibility for the production of monthly Management Accounts and all related duties.

Key Responsibilities will also include:

• Maintaining the nominal ledger
• Reconciling all balance sheets accounts
• Reconciling all bank accounts and investigating variances
• Maintaining fixed asset registers
• Deputising on behalf of the Head of Finance as appropriate and required

To be considered for this Management Accountant role, you will need the following skills and experience:

• A proven track record of management accounting, preferably in a commercial environment
• Studying for CIMA/ACCA/ACA
• Methodical and systematic approach to work
• Ambitious, self-motivated and eager to learn
