Castle Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a fast-paced finance team base in Bridlington, North Yorkshire.
Reporting into the company accountant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and organising purchase invoices across several sites
- Processing invoices with correct nominals
- Dealing with supplier queries and any invoice discrepancies
- Inputting all bank transactions on to Sage
- Assist with monthly payroll administration when required
To be considered for this Purchase Ledger Clerk position, you will need the following experience:
- Previous experience in a high-volume purchase ledger role
- Good knowledge Sage 50 accounts
- Good knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word and Excel
