Finance Administrator

Finance Administrator (VC4931) Scarborough, England

Castle Accountancy & Finance are recruiting for an experienced, self-motivated part-time Finance Administrator to provide support for a growing family run business based on the outskirts of Scarborough

  • Working in a busy fast paced environment
  • Maintaining and updating the internal stock management system
  • Purchase ledger – coding, matching, posting, payment runs
  • Sales Ledger – Including ensuring that accounts are operated within agreed terms
  • Raising customer invoices
  • General administration, fielding queries via phone and email
  • Greeting customers face to face

The Candidate:

The successful Finance Administrator will have:

  • Previous finance administration experience
  • Good IT skills; previous experience of using stock management systems would be an advantage
  • Be familiar with Sage Line 50 accounting software
  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for accuracy and detail
  • Confident communication skills with a professional telephone manner to deal with customers and suppliers
