Salary: GBP17000 - GBP19000 per annum

Castle Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a growing finance team in Malton, North Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with previous high-volume purchase ledger experience.

The successful candidate must be flexible and proactive in accordance with changing priorities.

Reporting into the Purchase Ledger Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing a high-volume of invoices efficiently and accurately
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Managing supplier and site queries
  • Ad hoc duties as required by the Purchase Ledger Manager

To be considered for this exciting Purchase Ledger role, you will need the following:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to demonstrate an understanding of operating integrity with high standards of quality
  • The ability to demonstrate an understanding of financial processing
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • To be a competent user of IT with experience in processing computer-based data
