Castle Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting for an Operations Accountant to work for a successful organisation near Malton. The successful candidate will assist in the growth and development of the site whilst reporting into the Site Finance Director and the Senior Management Team.

The purpose of this role is to maximise growth opportunities within the business. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Analysis of daily and weekly reports
• Support and assist in the management of reporting systems
• Liaison with management team to identify opportunities and enhance overall profitability of the organisation
• Liaison with site finance team, specifically the Cost Accountant
• Develop and implement of processes to ensure transactional accuracy

To be considered for this exciting Operations Accountant role, you will have:

• CIMA/ACCA Qualification (OR Part-Qualification)
• A minimum of three years industry experience
• Excellent MS Excel analysis skills
• Excellent interpersonal and team working skills along with the ability to develop strong working relationships
