The HR Advisory Service Center (ASC) is designed to offer UBS - Americas staff a single point of contact for "all things HR". The responsibilities in this role are primarily service oriented and will be split between client services and centralized administration, as outlined below.
Client Services - As an HR Operations Specialist on the HR ASC team, you will be responsible for processing inquires arising from day to day interactions with UBS HR Managers and HR Business Partners. All cases will be logged in the PEGA case management system.
Centralized Administration - Support to HR Managers and HR Business Partner functions entering data changes in the HR Data base accurately and on a timely basis including full employee and non-employee life cycle management details related to Hires, Job Changes, Payroll Changes, Personal Data Changes and Separations. Provide exceptional client services with our internal and external clients.
Special Projects as needed.
