Key activities and responsibilities:

1. Ensure monthly project reports are produced on time

• For every project in the governance, produce the Monthly Project Report from automated sources (Primavera P6 for Schedule Information; ARM for Risk Information
• Validate the narratives and RAG status with respective Project Managers
• Validate the Monthly Project Reports with respective Project Sponsors

2. Input into other report items

• Prepare and deliver all reporting inputs as outlines by the Senior Reporting Specialist, including but not limited to the Nawah Monthly Report (NMR), the Nawah Board Report(s), the Nawah Program Review Board inputs, the monthly visuals/graphics, Nuclear Performance Improvement Self-Assessments (NPI SA)

3. Provide general administrative support to all members of PMO team as and when required including supporting recurring meetings with Agenda creation and minute documentation

Qualification

Master's degree in General Management, Business Administration, Engineering Management, Project Management or similar

Professional Certifications

PMP

Experience

2 years of project management experience

1 year experience in Reporting

1 year experience in nuclear

1 year in UAE
