My client is a leading solutions provider within the property sector; looking for an expereince and competent Systems Anayst, with specific experience in CRM or ERP application solutions.  You will be responsible for the development, implementation and administration of an internal CRM solutions.

Interfacing with internal business owners and systems developers, you will undertake various projects, identify improvements, define and support various initiatives through to resolution and introduction into the live environment.

In addition, you will

• Maintain the internal system, including testing new patches and releases before making them live
• Responsible for creating and maintaining user access roles
• Responsible for creating, updating and deleting users
• Train new users and be the first point of contact
• Regularly review and report on current system processes with a view to improving efficiency.
• Write and update processes, user guides and forms as required
• Create system and ad-hoc reports using available tools
• Working across all departments and responding to ad hoc requirements for reports and processes
