My client is a Software House within the Social Housing sector, looking to expand their professional services team with an Application Suport Analyst. You will act as First Line Defence acting as a go between with clients and technical / development teams.
You will be proficient in dealing with customers via telephone and email as well as technologies such as SQL Server and C#.
Experience in support the following technologies will be a distinct advantage :
