My client is a leading Solutions provider, North Manchester based, loooking for an experienced and highly competent Service Transition Manager, to ensure service readiness and operational acceptance as well as confirming all are supportable, recoverable and maintainable in a production environment.

Its primarily important to ensure appropriate services and support knowledge is gathered, analysed, stored, maintained and made available to those that require it, in an efficient manner in readiness for new and changed services.

Ideally, you will be ITIL v3 certified with practical and demonstable experience of Service Transition; well organised with the ability to adapt to a fast paced and ever changing lanscape ;-)
