My client is one of the leading retailers in the UK, looking for an experienced Development Manager to manage a diverse applications team using Cobol, Java and Oracle. 

This role will work within the Agile and Scrum methodology and involve managing the daily stand ups, carrying out sprints planning as well as people management and personal development of each teams.

You will be proficient in managing Development / Software / Application teams, acting as product owners with the abolity to define and enforce KPIs.  Working with technical leads to define and implement coding standards will be essential.
