My client is a leading provider of software applications within the Cardiff area.  We're looking for an experienced Telesales Manager to manage a small team of telesales analyst; selling application products and services to varied high class customers.

You will have experience of selling Software Applications or IT based Solutions as well as experienced in leading, coaching and motivating a dynamic sales team; ensure to achieve sales targets; managing KPIs as well as training your team in how to do a great job.

Task, goal and detail orientated individual are what we are looking for.
