My client is European wide retailer, looking for an experienced Service Transition Analyst to work seemlessly within all areas of IT to ensure service readiness and operational acceptance; confirming that they are supportable, recoverable and maintainable in the production environment, as well as understanding the service introduction requirements for any business led initiatives.

Essentially, you will be proficient in and have

• A solid understanding of IT technologies
• A good understanding of IT Service and Support operations
• Knowledge of project management planning and control
• Knowledge of service level targets

Preferably, you will be ITIL Foundation (minimum) certified as well as 

• Knowledge of the software delivery lifecycle
• Risk management experience
