My client is a leading provider of Managed Services Provider within the Internet Security community. Due to recent business success and expansion programme, they are looking for a Junior Network Engineer as first line defence for customer liasion.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Provision of support, both remotely and at customer premises working with IT users to resolve problems and answer questions on a variety of hardware components and software programs.
Skills and qualities required:
Essential
CCNA, Cisco, TCP/IP, Windows Desktop and Apps, GCSE math’s and English grade C or higher
Desirable
Linux, Windows Server, IP Telephony, VMWare, ITIL, IPv6, Wireless, Mobile (Windows/Android/WinPhone), Netapp, Flexpod.
