My client is leading boutique Managed Services Provider, looking to expand their technical professional services team with an extra 3rd Line Support capable of managing and maintaning Datacentre; plan, procure and deliver large IT projects including migrating of on-premise infrastructure to Cloud based technologies as well as provide BAU 3rd Line support.
Ideally, you will be highly competent in
- Desktop operating systems (Windows 7-1O, MacOS)
- Windows Server 2008 to 2016 (inc SBS 2007-2011) administration including: Active Directory, DHCP,DNS, HyperV (Clustering)
- Office desktop packages 2010-2016 including
- Microsoft Azure & Office 365 Administration
- Microsoft Exchange 2007 to 2016administration
- Anti-virus and Anti-malwaretechnologies
- Understanding of network concepts including, LAN, vLAN, WAN and Wi-Fi.
- Mobile devices, iPhone, iPad andAndroid
- Experience in RMM package, preferably ManagedWorkplace
- In depth knowledge of Server Infrastructure
