THE COMPANY AND SITUATION:

A global leader in the provision of Service Management and Asset Management software solutions to I.T. Professionals now has a market-beating USP and requires an articulate person with experience in either or both of Public Relations and Analyst Relations in the software field to fill a dual AR/PR position. This is a high-priority key role during what is an exciting and successful time for this company.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

The following experience and attributes are essential for this role:

• A minimum of 8 years of either Public Relations or Analyst Relations experience.
• At least some of your AR/PR experience must have been in process improvement software: I.T. Asset Management Software or I.T. Service Management Software is preferred, but also eligible is ERP, CRM, Process Management and Field Service software.
• Experience working in a $50M - $200M software company with international operations.
• Multi-continent, trans-cultural experience

THE ROLE:

This is a dual Analyst Relations and Public Relations role, but if you have worked in only one of AR or PR before then don’t worry, you’re still eligible role as they’ll cross-train you into the other one! Your main task here is to drive awareness of the company and products through both the analyst and press route and foster relations within the market.
