TSA are currently working in partnership with an orgainisation who are looking to recruit a Head of Estates to deliver Asset and Estate Management within the Public Sector in the North West.
This role will include preparing and upodating Asset Management Plans, developing Estate Management, undertaking the day-to-day management of the councils’ properties including rent reviews, new lettings and renewed leases, assignments, break options and variations in lease terms and managing a team that will deliver the estates function operationally.
The ideal candidate
- Knowledge of and previosuly carried out acquistions and disposals for investment.
- Previous expereince of working within the Public Sector.
- Previous expereince of controlling and managing budgets.
- Complete understanding of Corporate Real Estate.
- Knowledge of property management and lease management.
- experience would be membership, or pursuing the APC for membership, of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
