TSA are currently working in partnership with a Facilities Management Consultancy who are looking to recruit a Senior M&E Consultant to work on commercial establishments across London.
The successful individual will be required to carry out Mechanical and Electrical asset collection for a wide variety of client, providing condition reports, life cycle and condition ratings in line with CIBSE guidance and to ultimately provide our private and public sector clients with an overall review of their plant services, devices and equipment. The potential applicant must be able to lead a team, follow clients briefs and programmes to schedule.
We will ideally be looking for candidates from a Building Services background who has experience carrying out condition surveys and can demonstrate they have successfully delivered similar projects on time and on budget. The successful candidate will be an established M&E Professional with extensive experience of Building Services both new and in established buildings.
It is expected that the applicant will also:
- Be confident in Microsoft office particularly Excel and Word.
- Technical Advisory and Strategic Advise
- Performance specification, compiling tender documentation, tender evaluations, preparing contract documentation.
- In addition to a high degree of technical expertise you will also require good interpersonal skills to interact with the client and determine their requirements.
The successful candidate will be qualified to Degree level or at least HND and be a member of a relevant professional institute such as CIBSE or IHEEM. Being from a trades background would be beneficial but not essential.
