Social Worker required for work within the Foster Team in the South West area. Wiltshire Fostering team are offering good rates up to £32ph for the right candidates. Long term contracts offered in a well managed supportive team. This job doesn't often come up! Beautiful location in the heart of Wiltshire with good transport links.
The appointed Social Worker will be part of Foster Team in the Trowbridge office but can hot desk from other offices. Experience of working with foster carers as professional colleagues and working in a multi – disciplinary arena are essential.
Undertaking Form F, assessments, form C assessments, with potential of being required to undertake SGO assessment. Work as part of permanence service and will need the ability and skills to support carers across the permanence field.
In terms of caseload this role will be heavily assessment with some Supervision and Support and will be in the Kinship side of the team.
You will be HCPC registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK
