**BUYER – MANUFACTURING – MANCHESTER – SALARY: £25,000 - £35,000**
 
THE ROLE
This is an exciting time to join a growing business. With constant growth in sales figures there demand for this company’s products has increased rapidly. They are now looking to bolster their supply chain team and have an opportunity for an experienced and proactive planner. The focus of this role is to forge strong links with suppliers, focus on improving delivery and supplier performance and getting to the root cause of any supply problems. With a wide range of products and suppliers this role demands a great attention to detail and ability to analyse large amounts of data.
 
THE PERSON
This role is ideally suited to a degree-qualified/CIPs buyer, within the manufacturing industry. With a focus on forging collaborative supplier relationships, this role is suited to a buyer or supply chain coordinator who has the ability to build strong long term relationships and provide solutions to supply based problems.
