Manpower is working with a great Downtown company to locate a part time Administrative Assistant. This individual will answer and transfer phone calls, interact with suppliers who may call for information, answering customer inquiries, and putting together reports. Another aspect of this position involves a lot of administrative and clerical duties such as taking orders, handling invoices, sending out mailings, processing paperwork, and general filing duties as well.
The ideal candidate for this position must have excellent attention to detail and must have a sense of urgency when working as well. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask and must be empathetic in nature as they are constantly working with and handling the needs of the clients. Finally, in order to be considered for this opportunity, you must have a solid work history and must be proficient with the Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Outlook and Excel.
The ideal hours per week for this position will be 9am-2pm Monday-Friday and so the ideal candidate for this position must be looking to work a part time schedule
