Change Management Lead (8122BR) New York, New York

•Lead change management workstreams to create an integrated change plan that includes stakeholder assessment, communication strategy, leader alignment, organization design, skills and capabilities planning, process design, and impact analysis •Ensure that, where appropriate, any existing change management tools and methods are leveraged while also linking any newly developed change management tools and methods to an overall New York Life strategy/approach •Participate in and meaningfully contribute during all change management project phases – defining the change management work effort, performing diagnostic interviews/data collection/analyses, designing appropriate action plans, and evaluating results •Participate in and meaningfully contribute to the development of training strategies and associated curricula built to support related change management plans •Serve as a liaison to the broader HR community and represent a broad spectrum of people-related issues that may emerge in the context of a transformation initiative (e.g., hiring needs, training and development needs, etc.) •Work closely with other functional areas at New York Life that are involved in the change process (e.g., Corporate Communications) to co-develop plans and materials related to change management projects.

•5-10 years of experience in change management program design and implementation •Deep expertise in the development and implementation of change management related methods and tools •Strong project management skills •Outstanding presentation and communication skills; demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders in written and oral communications •Highly motivated, organized and methodical with demonstrated analytical and diagnostic skills •Experience working with third party providers/consultants •BA/BS degree required; MA/MS/MBA in organizational psychology, change management, or a related field preferred.
