Administrative and Marketing Coordinator

Job Duties: (Not limited to)

� Responsible for general administrative support.

� Serve as point of contact for general inquiries and company maintenance.

� Help coordinate welcome packages for consultants and new staffing placements.

� Participate in regular meetings with the Marketing Director to establish strategic initiatives.

� Assist in the development and implementation of social media campaigns.

� Navigate databases to produce desired reports and maintain database integrity.

� Answer phone calls and distribute to the appropriate department.

� Assist in the implementation of email marketing campaigns including but not limited to distribution and tracking.

� Help coordinate and attend various networking events and sponsorships.

� Data entry for operations and marketing departments.

� Responsible for renewing memberships, certifications, and partnerships.

Core Competencies:

� Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

� Proven ability to navigate social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, RSS Feeds, and Twitter.

� Excellent customer service skills.

� Understanding of basic marketing concepts such as ROI, survey comparisons, and data tracking.

� Track record of managing more than one task in a fast pace environment.

� Ability to think outside the box.
