Digital Marketing Specialist (2855) Bellevue, Washington

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supplying engaged survey participants to Lightspeed’s (LSR) and Global Market Insite’s (GMI) global survey panel properties. This team member will help comprise the foundation of our supply efforts in the Americas region. Will be responsible for the scaling of the organization’s digital marketing vision, maintaining the supplier & publisher chain, and working closely with internal teams to ensure goals are met and strategies executed on schedule.

We are recruiting candidates who have extensive internet audience acquisition, conversion and monetization experience. This hands-on doer will have excellent analytical and business development skills and will be known for their ability to deliver real-time internet traffic capacity. This team member will have ownership of a critical area of the business and make a tangible impact on the growth and profitability of LSR/GMI.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow an internet-sourced survey-taker capacity to meet market research demand
  • Identify viable, incremental sources of respondent capacity and drive favorable business terms
  • Monitor, track and report key performance metrics (budget, ROI justification, etc.) to management
  • Drive traffic to Internet sites through various sources, including but not limited to: affiliate partners doing performance marketing, SEM, SEO, and display
  • Collaborate with fraud detection team to maintain vigilance against affiliate and consumer fraud
  • Execute all online marketing campaigns - budget, ROI justification and campaign management for all online channels - SEM, SEO, Affiliate, Email and any other emerging channels
  • Work with internal teams to improve site performance and customer experience
  • Budget affiliate revenues and cost targets to set management expectations on the performance of the channel
  • Develop and manage a process for stakeholder feedback including regular reporting of results.
  • Identify opportunities to partner with suppliers for LSR/GMI’s alternate source products in the ‘river’ sampling category.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years in internet user acquisition.
  • Related BS degree or equivalent experience/certification. MBA, or equivalent a plus.
  • Strong strategic aptitude; proven ability to define a winning business strategy
  • Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in optimizing web-based user experiences and conversion rates.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decision making
  • Must be comfortable with ambiguity and have the ability to respond quickly to rapidly evolving situations and opportunities.
  • Street smarts; willingness to roll up the sleeves and do whatever is necessary to meet team goals
