Compensation Associate (8143BR) New York, New York

This Compensation Analyst position requires strong analytical skills and some experience in Compensation. The individual uses experience and judgment to analyze solutions to straightforward problems and works under moderate guidance. The position reports to a Corporate Vice President - Compensation and works closely with other Compensation Business Partners on the team. Principal Responsibilities include: • Participate in survey competitive analysis, job evaluation and development of compensation offers for groups supported • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to support overall compensation management • Research compensation practices and trends • Assist with compensation design, communication and implementation • Contribute to the year-end compensation planning process • Design and generate reports from the HR system • Participate in ad-hoc reporting and analysis and special projects

- Bachelor’s degree required - Must have 1‐3 years of Compensation experience and ideally be working toward World at Work Certification - Must be a self‐starter, results‐oriented, team player, with strong communication skills - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel and powerpoint) - Prior experience working in SAP, Success Factors, and MS Access environment a plus
