Customer Service Representative (7526BR) Dallas, Texas

Job Description:

Representatives will be responsible for responding to customer's questions and requests. Including point of call processing. Must be able to handle routine service administrative questions with guidance. Ability to multitask between multiple systems, and handle various transactions.


1-2 years work experience , preferably in Investment or Insurance related industry. Experience with PC based systems. Proficient data entry skills, Holds NASD Series 6 or 7 license or can acquire within 6 months . Good customer service and listening skills. Detailed oriented, organized.

The service representative must work to acheive goals of the Insurance Group -VPSC by working both independently, and with other members of their team to deliver efficient and effective service, and obtain a high level of customer satisfaction.
