• Establish high quality customer relationships-using informational resources and own technical knowledge to respond to internal and external inquiries.
• Assist in the execution and processing of routine administrative transactions-including the input of data into the administrative system in order to transact policy changes at point of call.
• Within guidelines and procedures, transact routine financial and non financial activity on client accounts with both expediency and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of administrative and mainframe systems needed to process service functions.
• Assist team members on a daily basis to complete unfinished work in order to meet departmental and regulatory standards.
• Develop working knowledge of all Fixed and GLI Products and Services, Annuities/Life Insurance, qualified and non-qualified plans, product options and features, state regulatory and departmental standards and goals.
• Other duties as assigned.

• College degree preferred.
• 1-2 years work experience.
• Limited knowledge of insurance/investment industry.
• Experienced with accomplishing multiple tasks and high volumes of work under strict time deadlines and pressure.
• Ability to adapt to change quickly.
• Ability to work without direction.
• Proficient data entry skills.
• Good customer service, listening, and retention skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized.
• Accountable for accuracy, expediency, and ensuring proper procedures are followed, and appropriate regulatory and departmental guidelines are met.
