Senior Systems Associate (7323BR) Leawood, Kansas

Acts in a high level functional and technical capacity for all systems related matters. Responsible for Systems Development and tracking progress of assigned projects. Assists the Director and Senior Team Leader, as needed, in project and resource management.

Creates test plans and facilitates Systems testing of all new product enhancements and problem logs. Completes review and sign off on all assigned testing efforts.

Work through and compile results from research of system functionality to accommodate complex & sensitive requests, inquiries & complaints by producers &/or clients and provide to Team leads

Provide accurate data to the Administration team for new customer reporting requirements. Work with system vendor to assure data integrity.

Works with vendor in daily resolution of project issues / progress

Communicates modification requirements to system vendor. Work with vendors in resource and project management

Maintains ownership of production problems identified by documenting issues for correction and facilitating resolution process by testing and approving corrections made by system vendor

Performs duties of the Senior Team Leads – as necessary

Responsible to manage individual projects and work flows. Must achieve deadlines established by project manager. Ensures work is evenly distributed among team

Coordinates and communicates with out of department resources for product / policy support as necessary.

Support process of monitoring reports, edit lists and output to assure quality and systems integrity and to prevent financial liability.

Provide individual status and identify issues on assigned projects to Team Lead

Responsible for complex, large scope projects to include gathering requirements, documenting needs, acceptance testing of modification and problem resolution
