Job Description:

IT Help Desk Support Summary:

Signature Consultants has an opportunity for an IT Help Desk Support consultant.  Entry level candidates are welcome (internship, working in the computer center in school, small amount of work experience, call center experience etc.).  Our client is seeking an individual with strong customer service skills, great communication, someone who is passionate, eager to learn and have a long term goal in mind. 

Responsibilities:

  • Phone Communication
  • Networking including MPLS
  • Active Directory Experience
  • Help Desk Support
  • Windows 7 and 10 Knowledge
  • Database management
  • MS Office Suite
  • Remote Desktop
  • Work with Techs at our various store locations
  • Walk the techs through installing equipment, remote into the PCs and then configure them
  • Verify the computers are on the network and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Ship equipment out to stores

Qualifications:

  • Basic IT experience, troubleshooting, call center etc.
  • POS experience is a plus.
