Experis has an immediate need for a Tooling Technician with a Global Fortune 500 manaufacturer, at their plant in the Bessemer, AL, area (Birmingham).  They are a tier one supplier to major automotive manufacturers, including Mercedes and Honda. This is a full time regular enegaement.

To be considered, the technician will have expereince with large injection molding machines, preferrably in the automotice industry, and have some hands on experience with TIG.  The folowing are the basic requirements.

5-7 yrs injection molding tool & die repair
Demonstrated understanding of the following:
o Welding the parting line (TIG)
o Spot parting line
o Hot Runner wiring
o Trim Tool knowledge
o Advanced blue-print reading
o Basic CAD concepts
