Healthcare Call Center Team Lead

Location:  Scottsdale, Arizona
Salary:  USD19 - USD21 per hour


Large Healthcare services company in Scottsdale is hiring for a Team Lead for their contact center! 

Duties include:

  • Managing a team of approximately 20-25 in a call center environment
  • Taking escalated calls from patients, pharmacies and doctors offices
  • Managing reports and working closely with Workforce Management team
  • Tracking attendance
  • Monitoring and coaching Reps
  • Identifying areas of opportunity and discussing with Reps
  • Monitoring metrics of team 

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Team Lead in a call center environment
  • Healthcare/Benefits/Reimbursement Experience required
  • Good communication and leadership skills
