Production Team Leader (VC9026) Malton, England

Our client is a fast paced, growing food manufacturer based in Malton and we are looking to recruit an experienced production team leader to join their leadership team. As the production team leader you will be responsible for managing staff across 2 production lines, ensuring production plan is achieved and KPI's are met.
The successful Team Leader will be responsible for:
- Managing team of up to 20 staff across multiple production lines.
- Identifying training and development needs ensuring the training team are aware.
- Managing absence and holiday rotas and conduct return to work interviews and performance reviews.
- Ensuring all quality and wastage paperwork is completed accurately and all KPI reports are up to date.
- Actively managing H&S in your areas.
You will be a strong team leader who leads by example and you will be a positive communicator able to work with staff at varying levels of ability and training. You will be a self starter who is highly motivated and you will have a positive outlook and attitude.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 6am until 2pm and 2pm until 10pm.
