We are recruiting an experienced Maintenance Engineer to work across a weekend shift pattern within a busy food production environment. The successful Engineer will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance as well as working on site upgrades and installation projects.  As the weekend Maintenance Engineer you will work 12 hours on both  Saturday and Sunday and 8 hours on alternate Friday/ Mondays.

The successful Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for:

• Working across the factory as part of the team attending production breakdowns.
• You will be responsible for working through the planned maintenance schedule and carrying out any machinery/ wiring upgrades.
• You will be responsible for working through upgrades and installations of new and older machinery.

Successful engineers will be multi-skilled and ideally have an electrical bias, you will have a minimum of a level 3 engineering qualification and ideally have worked within an FMCG or production environment

Salary is up to £35,500 plus additional overtime at 1.5 or double time, excellent benefits on offer
