Maintenance Engineer (VC3739) Malton, England
Castle Engineering are recruiting for an experienced Time Served Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to work within a fast paced, growing food manufacturing business close to Malton, North Yorkshire
As the successful Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Attending breakdowns in the plant and diagnosing faults as quickly as possible to ensure downtime is minimal.
- You will be responsible for completing the monthly PPM schedule and for using the CMMS system.
- You will work with the workshop to order spare parts ensuring availability of critical spares.
- Project and machine installations and modifications.
The person:
You will be a qualified and time served engineer ideally with an electrical bias, you will be able to work within a pressurised and fast paced production environment and have a good understanding of root cause analysis and be able to drive continuous improvements across the factory.

The shifts for this role are Monday to Friday rotating 6-2 / 2-10 and 1 in every 5 weeks working 10pm until 6am.
