Mechanical Fitter / Engineer (VC4826) Ellesmere, England
Castle Engineering are recruiting for a mechanical Fitter / Semi skilled Engineer to join a fast paced food manufacturing business based in Ellesmere, Shropshire.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out planned and routine maintenance across the factory.
- Stripping down and rebuilding machines making modifications where needed.
- Working alongside the Maintenance Team to ensure production machinery is running at optimum capacity.
- Attending machinery breakdowns and diagnosing faults.
To be considered for this Maintenance Engineer / Technician vacancy you will need the following experience:
- Working towards an engineering qualification with some basic engineering/ machine fitting / operating experience.
- You might be a recent engineering graduate looking for your first move into an engineering role.
- Some experience of working with machinery/ rebuilds will be beneficial but an aptitude for engineering will also help.
