Castle Engineering are working with a well known food manufacturing business based in Tunbridge Wells who are expanding their engineering team and are looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Engineer This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking and growing business where staff development is at its core.  

The role:

• Working as part of a team you will be responsible for attending breakdowns and diagnosing faults; both electrical and mechanical.
• You will carry out preventative maintenance tasks and be involved in machine upgrades and installation.
• You will also be involved in making improvements to the facilities and well as daily maintenance of the machinery.
• Machinery includes flow , Multivac, check weighers, metal detectors and conveyors amongst others.

You will be time served and ideally have worked within the food manufacturing or FMCG sector and be able to work within a highly automated production environment. You will have excellent fault finding skills and ideally be multi-skilled as an engineer. Successful candidates will be qualified to a minimum of level 3 within an engineering discipline.
