Castle are currently recruiting an experienced Production Shift Manager on behalf of one of the UK’s fastest growing food manufacturers based in North Yorkshire. You will be working for a growing, innovative business that can offer fantastic career development.

In the role of Production Shift Manager you will be:

• Directly responsible for a team of line leaders and indirectly responsible for a team of operatives.
• You will be involved in everything from recruitment to coaching and training as well as reviews. 
• You will take an active part in planning daily production ensuring staffing and materials are readily available.
• You will take an active part in health & safety, continuous improvement projects and KPI management.
