Projects Administrator

Projects Administrator (VV7252) Wakefield, England

Salary: GBP23000 - GBP24000 per annum

Castle Employment are recruiting an experienced administrator to join a highly reputable and growing business based in Wakefield. This role is working within the Engineering and Projects teams and will be responsible for the coordinator of project time-lines and data analysis and reporting.

 

The successful administrator will be responsible for:

  • Working across the engineering /Projects department and will support the engineering /project team. Your responsibilities will include putting together documentation including downtime reports and creating accurate costings for supplier reviews.
  • You will work closely with the engineering department to put together spreadsheets. With this, you will analyse downtime issues and general engineering shift reports.
  • In this role you will report into the site & project engineering managers. You will be tasked with creating and maintaining maintenance schedules, Project time lines and optimising the workloads across two departments.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an admin role where you may have undertaken scheduling, document controlling and other administrative skills. Candidates do not need to come from an engineering background as full training will be provided.
