Maintenance Engineer - Electrical (RL5306) Kingston Upon Hull, England
Castle Engineering are working with a well known and progressive food manufacturing business based in Hull who are recruiting an experienced Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team. This role is a shift based role working on a 4on/off basis. Successful candidates will ideally have worked in the food sector or within a fast paced manufacturing business / FMCG.
The role:
- Working as part of a successful growing engineering team you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance duties across the factory.
- You will attend both electrical and mechanical breakdowns and diagnose the faults quickly ensuring production downtime is minimal.
- You will carry out planned maintenance activities across the site ensuring you are analysing breakdown data to ensure that the PM schedule is relevant and working.
- Ideally you will have been involved in contributing to a culture of continuous improvement in the past and have a natural flair for identifying better and more effective ways of working.
You will be a time served engineer with relevant engineering qualifications and ideally hold your 17th edition. You will be forward thinking, have a positive outlook and be able to work within a fast paced continuous production environment.
