Quality Manager - North Yorkshire - Diverse, fast growing Food Manufacturing business- Salary to £35,000
Our client is a leading, fast growing food manufacturing business based in North Yorkshire set amongst the wonderful Yorkshire Dales countryside. You will be joining the business at an exciting time in their growth and would be part of a diverse and sociable working culture.
Reporting into the Technical Manager you will be responsible for leading the site technical operation and leading the Quality Team daily. You will drive the quality culture within the business and focus on developing processes and practices throughout the site.
You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of all products and ensuring that products meet safety and quality standards.
You will work with both external customers and external agencies to ensure the highest standards of quality are met and support the BRC audit's.
Ideally you will be HACCP qualified to level 2 and have at least 3 years experience of working in a quality environment within a food production facility.
The successful candidate will be able to drive a culture of high quality standards and be able to work effectively with colleagues across all business areas and have first class communication skills. You will be highly motivated and will be career driven.
