Castle Engineering are working with a well known manufacturing business based in Tunbridge Wells who are expanding their engineering team and are looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Engineer This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking and growing business where staff development is at its core. The shifts are dd/nn- 12 hour shifts.

The role:

• Working as part of a team you will be responsible for attending breakdowns and diagnosing faults; both electrical and mechanical.
• You will carry out preventative maintenance tasks and be involved in machine upgrades and installation.
• You will also be involved in making improvements to the facilities and well as daily maintenance of the machinery.
• Machinery includes flow , Multivac, check weighers, metal detectors and conveyors amongst others.

You will be time served and ideally have worked within the food manufacturing or FMCG sector and have a good understanding of the machinery you will be working on. You will have excellent fault finding skills and ideally be multi-skilled as an engineer.
