Castle Engineering are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Engineer who is multi-skilled to join a fast paced, growing business based in Malton. The successful candidate will be multi-skilled, ideally with an electrical bias and will be a qualified, time served engineer.
The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for:
- Carrying out reactive maintenance across the high speed production lines.
- Carrying out planned maintenance.
- Working on numerous CI projects and installations across the factory.
- Machinery worked on will include; process and packaging equipment, conveyor systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems and candidates will need to be able to attend all breakdown and diagnose both electrical and mechanical faults.
The candidate:
You will be multi-skilled and have relevant engineering qualifications to a minimum of NVQ level 3 and be time served. Ideally you will hold an electrical qualification and have experience of working on both single and 3 phase electrics and have sound working knowledge of invertor drives, relays, sensors and be able to fault find on PLC's.
This is a days based role working on a 4on/ off shift rotation paying £33,000.
