Production Line Leader (RL51096) Malton, England
Castle Employment are working with a growing and diverse food manufacturing business who are looking to recruit a Production Line Leader to join their expanding production team. As the Team Leader you will be responsible for supervising a team of up to 10 on a daily basis. You will be working Monday to Friday on a rotating 6-2 / 2-10 shift pattern
Your key duties will include:
- Allocating work load daily.
- Checking team have relevant training and upskilling where needed.
- Monitoring quality of products.
- Checking machinery for any areas of concern.
- Carrying out line change overs.
- Checking labelling and completing daily paperwork.
- You will report into the Shift Supervisor.
