Castle Engineering are looking to recruit an experienced maintenance supervisor, leading a small team of engineers working across a days shift pattern. Suitable supervisors will ideally be electrically biased but multi-skilled with 17^th edition.

The Successful maintenance supervisor will be a self-motivated individual with strong organisational and leadership abilities and be responsible for:

• The development and implementation of PPM’s across the business
• Ensure equipment is repaired/maintained and identifying parts/equipment and supplies necessary to complete repairs and keeping a record for KPI’s
• Develop and maintain KPI’s to track performance of maintenance, supplier performance, equipment reliability and overall effectiveness.
• Knowledge of DSL Process control system or similar SCADA systems
• Involvement with preparation of budgets, submit recommendation and monitor expenditure

The ideal candidates will have experience of supervising/leading a team within food, FMCG or manufacturing.  You will have thorough working knowledge of all equipment in a production operation.  Flexibility to work on some weekends and shifts and required to be on call on a rotating basis.  Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
