Castle Employment Agency are recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team based in Hebden Bridge. We are a well established business with offices in Scarborough, York and Leeds and with the opening of the new office in Hebden Bridge we are looking to grow out our Engineering and Manufacturing division.

The role:

• You will be responsible for the attraction, screening and placement of skilled blue collar workers within the food sector. You will use a variety of methods including social media platforms to attract and identify passive candidates.
• Your role will require you to build relationships with regional and national food manufacturing businesses to establish long term partnerships.
• You will play a key role in winning new business and attending meetings to secure preferred supplier status.
• You will be the ambassador of our brand to both candidates and clients alike and build lasting secure partnerships.
