Castle Engineering are recruiting a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a food manufacturing business based in Pontefract on a Monday to Friday days only basis. salary to £34,000 Dependant on Experience.
Ideal candidates will be multi-skilled or electrically biased and will be responsible for:
- Carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across the shift working as the sole engineer on-site.
- You will attend all breakdowns and diagnose and rectify all faults as quickly as possible.
- Carrying out pre-start production checks and all complete all paperwork.
- Monitoring production machinery identifying potential failures / breakdowns.
- Planning maintenance works and ensuring availability of stock.
The candidate:
You will be a time served and qualified engineer who is multi-skilled and ideally you will hold your 17th edition. You will have worked within a fast paced production environment if not food related and be a confident engineer who can work alone on shift.
You will work Monday to Friday days only.
