Castle Engineering are working with a fast paced food manufacturing business based in Doncaster who are looking to recruit into their engineering team. Ideally you will be an experienced Multi-skilled engineer who has worked in either the food for a fast paced manufacturing environment or you will be electrically biased and looking for further training and development of your skills.

The role:

• You will join the business as part of their engineering team and work on a 4 on 4 off shift rotation; dd/nn.
• You will attend breakdowns and work as part of the team to ensure production machinery is repaired and back up running quickly and safely.
• You will carry out planned maintenance tasks ensuring stock is accounted for and jobs are completed on the CMMS system.
• The business is constantly investing in new machinery and equipment and as part of your role you will be a key role with installation and ongoing CI initiatives.

The candidate:

We are looking for candidates who have recently become time served- you will have a minimum of level 3 in an engineering qualification and ideally have worked  within manufacturing or a fast paced production environment. You will be career driven and looking for further qualification advancement and you will want to join a business that can support your career and training goals.
