Castle Engineering are recruiting for an experienced Shift Engineer to join a growing and dynamic food business based in Doncaster. As the Shift Engineer you will have a maintenance background and ideally you will be electrically biased with good PLC fault finding skills. The role:

• Working as part of a team of experiences engineers you will report to the Team Leader and Assistant Engineering Manager.
• You will be responsible for attending to breakdowns and diagnosing electrical faults.
• You will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance and completing all relevant documentation.
• Ordering stock and checking availability of parts needed.

Ideally you will have worked within the food industry previously and have an awareness and understanding of the Hygiene regulations, however candidates that have worked in a fast paced manufacturing environment will also be considered.

Suitable candidates will be able to work a continental shift pattern, be qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent with relevant work experience
