Castle Engineering are recruiting and Engineering Supervisor to join a fast paced growing FMCG business based near Malton. The suitable Engineering Supervisor will be working a 4 on/off DAYS only shift pattern.

The successful Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Implementation of a planned maintenance schedule.
• Attending supervisor meetings.
• Being a first point of call for all reactive work from engineers.
• Putting together justifiable improvements within the factory and implementing CI works throughout site.
• Being the positive “can do” lead in the team.

Skills / background needed:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and business work 12 hour days only shifts. You will lead a small engineering team and be a hands on engineer who enjoys being in the thick of it. You will need to be multi-skilled and time served and have experience of working within the FMCG sector.
