A well-established food company based in Bridlington are looking for an experienced Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with electrical bias to work Monday to Friday days only.  This is a fast paced production business who can offer stability, training and development and a great team culture.

The successful Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for:

• Working as part of the engineering team to provide day to day support to the assigned workloads and to meet the needs of the business.
• The work will include working on a range of equipment including: conveyors, packing machine's, tracking and rail systems', processing equipment, pulleys, and various hydraulic & pneumatic machinery.
• Working with production responding to machinery breakdowns ensuring production downtime is kept to a minimum.

The successful Maintenance Engineer will have knowledge and experience of: welding, machining, milling, maintaining motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, seals, sprockets, belts etc., and ideally have worked, or had previous background in the food or FMCG industry, however this is not essential.  The salary is advertised as £36k, this is made up of £35k basic, plus any potential additional paid overtime.
